Recently, Lakshmanan, Tommy, and Christian from our Volvo Production System (VPS) team took this opportunity and returned with valuable perspectives. Lakshmanan, who is based in Bangalore, India, visited Konz, Germany, Eskilstuna, and Arvika, Sweden. Tommy, from Shippensburg, USA, spent his time in Eskilstuna, Sweden, while Christian, based in Konz, Germany, worked in Pederneiras, Brazil. “Experiencing something different was refreshing. A six-week stay allowed me to truly participate, join projects, and bring back actionable ideas,” says Christian.
